Diamond coated High Resolution AFM Cantilevers HA_C_DCP series are the best are for any kind of long-term measurement. Stable and nondestructive, wear resistant probes with diamond coating allow you to make as many images as you want.
Each probe has 2 rectangular cantilevers. Typical Resonant Frequency 48kHz / 26kHz (dispersion ±10%). Typical Force Constant 1.4N/m / 0.7N/m (dispersion ±20%). Cantilever has Au reflective coating.
Probes are packed in boxes with 15 and 50 pieces. Amount discount is included in the package price.
