Diamond Coated High Resolution AFM Cantilevers HA_FM_DCP series are the best are for any kind of long-term measurement. Stable and nondestructive, wear resistant probes with diamond coating allow you to make as many images as you want.
Each probe has 2 rectangular cantilevers.Typical Resonant Frequency 157kHz / 112kHz (dispersion ±10%). Typical Force Constant 14.5N/m / 8.3N/m (dispersion ±20%). Cantilever has Au reflective side coating to increase laser signal.
Probes are packed in boxes with 15 and 50 pieces. Amount discount is included in the package price.
